IHMVCU Review: Online Account Opening

When opening a new account or looking for a new Illinois credit union, it can be important to consumers to be able to open an account online. IHMVCU offers this option. Potential members must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien to open an account online, and if they meet these criteria, it only takes about 10 minutes.

You can track your account opening progress on the navigation bar, and you only need a few things, including a Social Security number, a valid form of ID, a previous home address, and a way to fund your new account.
