Lisa Cheng is an intellectual property litigation partner and senior counsel at AdvisoryHQ. Her practice primarily focuses on intellectual property disputes in district courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
She has represented clients in patent infringement, licensing, and contract disputes involving a wide variety of technologies, and has counseled clients regarding trademark and copyright matters.
Ms. Cheng received a JD, cum laude, from Columbia Law School, where she served as editor-in-chief of Columbia University's Business Law Review Journal. Following law school, Ms. Cheng clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell, district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Ms. Cheng's pro bono matters have included advocating for veterans benefits.
