The PenFed Platinum Rewards Visa Signature® Card is a great card on our list of the best credit unions credit cards. This card has no annual fee and no foreign transaction fees. 

Unlike other cards on our list of the best credit union credit cards, this one offers a 0% introductory APR period for balance transfers before it jumps between 10.24% to 17.99% APR. There is a 3% balance transfer fee, but 0% APR on balance transfers for 12 months is still a great feature.

This credit union card comes with a $100 statement credit bonus after spending $1,500 in the first three months. The rewards don’t stop here though, as you can earn 5 points per dollar on gas, 3 per dollar at supermarkets, and 1 point per dollar spent anywhere else. There is an ATM cash advance fee of $3 and a $25 late payment fee, but this card comes with a very low variable APR between 7.24% and 15.24%.
