In other words, my $56 USD dress will cost over $106 USD Because I have to pay the $30 coupon value, the customization fee $9.95, return shipping 13.67, shipping +tax + customs = about 21.00! A real hassle.”
Although eShakti responded to her, they were unwilling to refund her the cost of shipping and, instead of giving her money back, they offered a gift card less the value of the dress.
