Members may access their accounts from a home computer using Jax Federal Credit Union’s online banking. The online banking services include paying Jax loans or credit cards, setting up account alerts, viewing account balance, viewing statement history, making transfers between your accounts and with other financial entities, and more.
Mobile Banking
Members may also access accounts using Jax Federal’s mobile app. A few of the tools available via mobile banking include viewing balances, money transfers, bill pay, mobile check deposit, manage credit cards, apply for a loan, and more.

Telephone Banking
Members may also use a touchtone phone to access information about their accounts. With phone banking, members may verify direct deposits, check balances, transfer money, and make loan payments.
